“Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat” is a visionary initiative that emphasizes the unity of India’s diverse cultures, languages, traditions, and heritage. The idea is to promote national integration by celebrating the rich tapestry of India’s cultural diversity while fostering a sense of pride and belongingness among its citizens. The initiative was launched to strengthen the fabric of unity in diversity by encouraging interactions and exchanges between people from different states and regions of India. Through cultural exchanges, language learning programs, and collaborative projects, Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat aims to deepen the understanding and appreciation of India’s pluralistic ethos. By embracing the motto of “Unity in Diversity,” the initiative seeks to promote mutual respect, harmony, and cooperation among the people of India, transcending geographical, linguistic, and cultural barriers. Under the legacy of that unique initiative, all the Kendriya vidyalaya of Jabalpur region are paired with Nagaland. To understand the culture, diversity and richness of the state, Our school PM Shri K V No. 1 Chhindwara had held school level competitions such as paragraph writing, essay writing on paired state (Nagaland) , vocal and classical music of paired state (Solo), Instrumental music (Melodic and Percussive) of Paired state (Solo), Video conferencing with students of Paired state (Nagaland). In the last session, Kala Utsav was celebrated as a sub theme of EBSB where many students of different vidyalaya made active participation. Out of them, 40 students reached at cluster level, 27 at regional level and 1 at National level. It was the moment of Pride when 25 students of our vidyalaya secured different positions at regional level and one student at National level. Through various activities and events organized at the national, state, and vidyalaya level, Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat endeavors to build bridges of understanding and forge a stronger and more cohesive India.
Overall, Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat is not just a program but a philosophy that embodies the spirit of unity, inclusivity, and cultural enrichment, contributing to the nation’s progress and development.
